This one-day Core Investigation Skills training gives healthcare staff the skills and confidence to write clear, structured and insightful learning-response reports. You will learn how to organise evidence, build timelines, create meaningful summaries and use systems-based analysis that supports improvement. Every skill taught is practical, easy to apply and aligned with PSIRF expectations.
