This half-day course will clarify the principles of informed consent as well as provide an overview of the current law relating to treatment of those who lack capacity, the issues with digital consent and how to consent during remote consultations. 

All delegates will have the opportunity to discuss their own areas of concern with an experienced healthcare lawyer. 

There will be practical guidance given on day-to-day record keeping.
