Mentoring
InPractice offers mentoring designed for healthcare professionals working in patient safety and incident response. Our services, aligned with the NHS’s PSIRF, support the development of leadership and systemic learning skills. Our mentors, with extensive experience in both NHS and private healthcare, guide professionals through the learning response process. We focus on supporting your team’s growth and strengthening safety systems for better care outcomes.
The service usually consists of 4 x 1 hour virtual sessions at key moments of the investigation process and cover scoping, evidence collection, production of a timeline, analysis and report production.
This service is offered at £1000 + vat.
